Malone Given Parsons has provided land-use planning and fiscal impact analysis expertise to Times Group since 1988.

The Leitchcroft-Galleria project is a mixed use residential and commercial development community plan for its 130 acre property in Markham. Malone Given Parsons has served as project coordinator and land-use planner on the project since 1995, preparing initial concepts, consulting with the study team and municipal officials, preparing formal applications and plans of subdivision and appearing at public forums.

The project provides for a pedestrian and transit-supportive community with a mix of medium and high-density housing, hotels and mixed retail and office space. To date, completed development includes 500 townhouses, 1,500 apartment units, parks and two hotels. Future development includes another 2,000 units in medium and high-density forms, along with 160,000 square feet of commercial office space.
