E-Commerce vs Traditional Print

Don Given of MGP was invited to speak at the Canadian Retail Research Seminar at the Ted Rodgers School  of Management on May 2nd, 2012 to provide insight on how the growing trend of electronic commerce will affect land requirements for traditional bricks and mortar retail.  Don Given and Lincoln Lo, a retail market analyst with MGP, produced a presentaiton that identified the substantial amount of traditional retail space that will still be required to support the extensive population growth in the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area, even as e-commerce becomes more familiar with the Canadian consumer.
